Our VIP Day service follows a streamlined, three-step process that allows us to deliver beautiful, effective designs every time.

1. Prep Week

We start by getting aligned on your goals, vision, and priorities. You’ll complete a questionnaire, meet with us on a preptrategy call, and review design direction so we walk into your Design Day with a clear, shared plan.

2. VIP Design Day

Your Design Day is eight hours of focused work with our team. We design in real time and check in throughout the day so you can give feedback, make decisions, and watch your brand or website come to life.

3. Final Delivery

By the next day, you’ll receive your completed designs, files, and any website access or training you need. You’ll have everything you need to grow and succeed with confidence.

Founded by Cass and Amanda in 2018, our women-led team approaches every brand we craft with feminine artistry and intuition. We bring the clarity, care, and direction you need to stop second-guessing and confidently grow into your next stage of your business.

VIP Design Day FAQ

  • We typically have VIP Day availability within the next 1-2 months. You may also choose to book further in advance.

  • You’ll pay half of the project cost to book your project and the final half will be due 2 days before your VIP Design Day.

  • Branding VIP Days include design direction (moodboard, color palette, and font suite) which you’ll approve the week before our VIP Day. On the VIP Day, our focus is designing your full logo suite.

    Website Design VIP Days include design direction (Shopify theme selections and a homepage wireframe) which you’ll approve the week before our VIP Day. On the VIP Day, our focus is a foundational and branded Shopify or Squarespace website design.

  • VIP Design Days are great for newer or smaller product-based businesses seeking foundational branding and/or a Shopify website (Typically 15 products or less) with a quick turnaround.

    This service is best for business owners who feel confident making fast-paced design decisions and trust our expertise.

  • A VIP Design day may not be a good fit if you need:

    • Branding services beyond a foundational brand identity (color palette, font collection, & logo suite)

    • Additional brand collateral and/or packaging design services

    • An illustrative or more complex logo design

    • More than 20 products in your store

    • Custom Shopify features or multiple app configurations

    • Shopify page designs outside of the basics (home, product, collection, contact & policies)

    We also only recommend this service for business owners who feel confident making fast-paced design decisions and trust our expertise.

    If your needs fall outside of a VIP Day, we recommend considering our full brand or web design service.

  • If, after our VIP Day, there are still design items you like to create or refine with us, we will propose an hourly package to continue working together.
