How It Works
Our VIP Day service follows a streamlined, three-step process that ensures beautiful, effective designs every time.
We start by getting aligned on your goals, vision, and priorities. You’ll complete a questionnaire, meet with us on a strategy call, and review design direction so we walk into your Design Day with a clear, shared plan.
Your Design Day is eight hours of focused work with our team. We design in real time and check in throughout the day so you can give feedback, make decisions, and watch your brand or website come to life.
By the next day, you’ll receive your completed designs, files, and any website access or training you need. You’ll have everything you need to grow and succeed with confidence.

You’ll pay half of the project cost to book your project and the final half will be due 2 days before your VIP Design Day.

Branding VIP Days include design direction (moodboard, color palette, and font suite) which you’ll approve the week before our VIP Day. On the VIP Day, our focus is designing your full logo suite.
Shopify Website Design VIP Days include design direction (Shopify theme selection, homepage wireframe, and collection & product strategy) which you’ll approve the week before our VIP Day. On the VIP Day, our focus is a branded 6-page Shopify website design.

You'll get the most out of this service if you trust our creative expertise and feel comfortable making decisions quickly.

A VIP Design Day may not be the right fit if you're just starting out with a very limited budget — our Shopify Set-Up service may be a better starting point.
It's also not the right fit if your needs are more complex or expansive, such as needing custom Shopify functionality, a large product catalog, packaging design, illustrative logo work, or a comprehensive brand system with extensive collateral — our Full Design service is built for that.
VIP Days are designed for businesses with momentum, a clear vision, and a readiness to invest in professional design — completed quickly and strategically so you can capitalize on your growth and keep moving forward.
