We’re Cass and Amanda, founders of Foxtrot Branding and creators of the Freelance Design Business Kit. We started our design business back in 2018 with barely any money and zero roadmap, but a big dream of building a creative career on our own terms.

At Foxtrot Branding, we donate a portion of our education resource sales to charitable organizations that support causes that are important to us and our audience.

We’re grateful for the chance to contribute, and even more grateful for a community that makes giving back possible.

  • In 2025, we donated $1,151 to BeLoved Asheville, an organization focused on rebuilding hope after Hurricane Helene, and $250 to Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee to support our local community members who had been impacted by the loss of SNAP benefits.

  • In 2024, we donated $1,400 to BeLoved Asheville, an organization focused on rebuilding hope after Hurricane Helene by providing essential aid and shelter while they plot a course for ongoing cleanup, long-term housing solutions, and inclusive growth within the community.

  • In 2023, we donated $3,207 The Trevor Project, the leading suicide prevention and crisis intervention nonprofit organization for LGBTQ+ young people.

  • In 2022, we donated $896 to The International Rescue Committee, which helps people affected by humanitarian crises to survive, recover, and rebuild their lives, and $500 to Colorado Gives 365 to support victims and their families affected by the shooting at Club Q.
